Florian Petit (born June 29th, 1990) is an iOS/OSX developer.

Florian was born June 29th, 1990 in Tours, France as the last of three children. His father Yvan was a foreman and his mother Martine was an administrative secretary.

After childhood in Tours. He began to study Computer Science at the Technical University, Orleans, France, and passed his exams.

He started to develop for the iOS platform in March 2009 when he discovered iPhone was a huge success. Once he passed his exams he decided to fully focussing on iOS development.

He joined Supinfo International University (he's pursuing a Masters in Computer Science) and in Summer 2011 he started as an intern at Ergonotics where he develops smart Natural Language Processing-powered software.

Florian is not married, has no children and lives in Lille, France. He plans to move to Silicon Valley once he will be graduated or for a summer or final internship.

As an internal logic, UI/UX, and Services (Web-services APIs and clients) developer he is focussing exclusively on developing for the iOS/OSX platform.

He provides Teaching, Training, Coaching and Consulting for a student audience. In April 2011 he became speaker for CocoaHeads in Lille, France.
