Steffen Itterheim is an iOS game developer, book author and blogger.

His professional game industry career spans from 1999 to 2009 at NEON Studios and seven years at Electronic Arts Phenomic. He took on leading roles in Game Design, Programming and Management of games such as Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX (GBC), SpellForce and Battleforge (both PC). Before that he worked for Apogee/3D Realms as Compuserve forum sysop and beta tester.
Steffen was a founding partner in an iOS game development startup in 2009, then went on to become a self-employed iOS game developer. He runs the Learn & Master Cocos2D website.

Itterheim is the author of the Learn iPhone and iPad Cocos2D Game Development book published by Apress. Previous writings include a chapter for The unofficial Duke Nukem 3D Level Design Handbook published by Sybex. He also contributed to The Deathmatch Manifesto and the Unofficial Quake Level Design Handbook.
